2 1/2 C flour 3 eggs 2 T butter pinch of salt broth
Mix flour and salt in mixing bowl. Beat eggs and soften butter then add to bowl. Work through with hands into a ball. Let stand for 10 minutes. Roll out about 1/4 inch thick then cut noodles. let try for 1-2 hours then boil in broth.
