1 lb. sausage
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & Pepper to taste
tsp. dry mustard
6 eggs
2 cups milk
6 slices bread
tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Grate cheese. Place bread in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sausage over bread, then sprinkle cheddar cheese. Beat eggs with milk; add seasonings. Pour over mixture in pan.

Cover pan with Saran Wrap and let set overnight in refrigerator.

Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
