1 lb. hamburger 1 medium onion 4-6 bell peppers 1 1/2 C. cheese shredded 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes 1 C. Minute Rice
Brown meat and onions. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and rice. Boil Peppers for 10 minutes and then core peppers and stuff with meat mixture. Alternate cheese and meat mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
