1 cup plus 2 T. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup vanilla or white chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 qt glass jar
additional ingredients to list on the gift tag:
3 eggs
2/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract

in small bowl, combine flour and salt. In a 1 qt. jar layer 1. flour mixture
layer 2. brown sugar
layer 3. sugar
layer 4. cocoa
layer 5. chips
layer 6. pecans
Cover and store in a cool dry place, for up to 6 months.
If giving as a gift attach a tag to the jar: To Prepare brownies: in large bowl whisk eggs, oil and vanilla. Add brownie mix; stir until blended. Spread in a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. (do not overbake)
