Cake Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup quick cook oats
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt

Broiled topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
6 Tbsp margarine
1/4 cup light cream (Half-and-half)
1/4 tsp vanilla

Combine cake ingredients and bake.

Combine first six broiled topping ingredients. Heat until bubbly. Stir in vanilla and pour over cake.
