1 lb. bacon
4 large potatoes, or more if you like
1 pkg grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup chicken bouillon
4 cups milk
2 cups water mixed with 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and drain off fat. Add carrots, onions, salt, pepper, bay leaf and chicken bouillon. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add liquid and cook until potatoes are tender.

*This soup is great in a crockpot.
