4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
4 eggs whites, beaten
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup baking powder
vanilla extract
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream egg yolks and sugar. Add water. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg yolk mixture. Add vanilla extract and fold in beaten egg whites.
Grease wax paper and place on greased cookie sheet. Spread dough on sheet and bake at 350F for about 10 minutes. Turn out dough onto a towel that has been dusted with powdered sugar. Spread jelly and roll longways. Refrigerate.
