4 eggs, separated 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 pkg gelatin
Separate eggs. Beat yolks. Add 1/2 cup sugar and lemon. Cook while stirring until thickened. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water and add to egg yolks while hot. Cool. Beat egg whites. Add other 1/2 cup sugar and beat well. Fold yolks into whites. Put into baked pie shell (9 inch) Place in refrigerator. Before serving, top with whipped cream.
