1 c. butter
c. sugar

2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt

4 squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Additional melted semi-sweet chocolate to drizzle over top after baking

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate and walnuts. Shape into 2 slightly flattened logs about 14" x 1". Place about 2 inches apart on greased and floured baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 325, or until lightly browned. Place on cutting board and cool about 5 minutes. Slice in diagonal slices " thick with serrated blade. Place upright on baking sheet " apart. Bake 10 minutes until slightly dry. Cool, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
