7 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp water
1 cup Swansdown cake flour
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs; beat yolks and add sugar. Beat for 10 minutes. Add water, vanilla, salt and flour. Keep beating. Beat egg whites until bubbly then add cream of tartar and continue beating until whites stand in peaks. Fold whites into egg yolk mixture. Add to tube pan. Bake at 350F until cake tester in middle is clean.
