12 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp minced fresh gingerroot
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup orange marmalade
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp fresh orange zest
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, sugar, juice and ginger in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat slightly, cover and cook until the berries have burst, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to warm. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Transfer to a serving dish, cover with the plastic wrap and chill until ready to use, up to 3 days ahead.
