Ingredients:  
8 cups Water
4 Bouillon cubes of Chicken or Beef
1 Small Onion Diced
1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes (Italian or Mexican or best)
1/4 cup of Pearl Barley
2 Chicken Breasts Cubed
2 Carrots Diced
2Cellery Stocks Diced
1/2 Bell Pepper
6 sliced Mushrooms
Hand full Fresh Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot cook water bouillon cubs, onion, crushed garlic stewed tomatoes pearl barley and chicken breast for 20 min, then add all hard vegetable carrots and celery, cook for 10 minutes, then add rest of vegetable.
