CRUST:
2 sticks margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts

1ST LAYER:
2 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

2ND LAYER:
3 cups milk
2 packages instant lemon pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust and back in a 13x9" ban at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Mix first layer ingredients together and spread on crust.

Mix second layer ingredients together and spread on top.

Top with remaining cool whip and nuts.
