8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. graham crackers
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients and beat until well blended and smooth. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Place paper liners in muffin tins and press crumb mixture into bottom only. Fill 2/3 of capacity with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 - 30 minutes for cupcake-sized tins; 20 minutes for small sized. Cool slowly, then spoon on pie filling.

Serve these right out of the little paper cups! The tops may crack slightly during baking, but this is characteristic of cheese filling.
