10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 pint cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 or 2 cans diced mild chilies (4 oz size)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Put in greased 9 x 13" glass pan. Can half recipe if you wish. Also you can add 1 lb. browned breakfast sausage if desired.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
Serve with salsa.
