Ingredients:  
8 thick slices of Velveeta (light or regular)
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
1 cup milk
2 cups macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour, making a roux.
Slowly add milk (can be skim), stirring constantly and it will thicken.
Melt in cheese.

Cook macaroni and drain and then combine.
