Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, separated
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups flour, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and egg yolk. Add sugar. Add flour and cinnamon. Pat out on cookie sheet. Pour a slightly beaten egg white over batter. Top with pecans and press in. Bake at 325F (??until done)
