Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 lb of ricotta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 cups of oil.
Mix above ingredients all together and roll in form of a ball, small size cooks better.
Drop into oil and cook until golden brown.
Remove and put onto paper towel to drain.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
