8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces bleu cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. chopped black olives (small can)
1 T. snipped chives
1/3 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, bleu cheese, and butter in a bowl and mix well. Stir in olives and chives. Shape into a ball Roll in nuts to coat. Refrigerate, covered until completely chilled. Serve with crackers.

This is one of my favorite cheese balls and is always a hit. This makes a large cheese ball so you can divide it in half and freeze one half to have for future use.
