1 T. oil
3-31/2 lb. boneless pot roast, rump, chuck or round
4-6 carrots sliced
4-6 potatoes (about 2 lbs. Cut in chunks) raw.
2 envelopes Lipton Onion Soup mix
3/4 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in oil. Place roast, carrots and potatoes in slow cooker. Combine water and soup mix in drippings from browned meat. Add to slow cooker. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on medium. Remove meat and vegetables. Combine 1/4 C. water and 2 T. flour and stir in juices until thickened.
