8 potatoes, cut in half, leave skin on, boil 15 min. until cooked firm. Cool in refrigerator. Peel
6-8 hard boiled eggs peeled
1/2 C. chopped sweet onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 C. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up potatoes, and egg. Mix in onion. Mix mayo sour cream salt and pepper and add to potatoes and eggs. I add dill pickles chopped for extra color and flavor. May add 1-2 T. milk if needed.
