Ingredients:  
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Water
Salt to taste
24oz pkg. Skinner Large Elbows
2 lb. Velvetta Cheese
1/2 tsp. course black pepper
1/2 c. can milk
1/2 c. whole milk (sometimes to thin)
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Large Elbows as directed in Olive Oil, Salt and water.
DRAIN:
Cube Velvetta Cheese. Add cheese and the other ingredients mix gently over LOW heat until cheese melts. Or:
Microwave cubed cheese Caned milk, butter chicken broth, and pour over macaroni
Opp. If you are taking it somewhere where it will be cool at serving time, you can add a can of Rotel Tomato's for flavor, and thin a little extra with more milk.
