10 oz pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery, fine
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1 c. grated yellow cheese
1/2 roll of Ritz crackers
2/3 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables, mayonnaise, celery, onion, and cheese. Put in 9 x 9 inch casserole dish. Melt margarine, mix with cracker crumbs, and sprinkle on top Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
