1 1/2 Rolls of Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
1 1/2 Cups White Chocolate
1 (12-16oz) Jar Raspberry Jam or Preserves
1 tsp. Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. break up and spread sugar cookies in 13x9 inch pan. Press cookies down firmly and evenly in pan. Spread 1 1/4 cups of white chocolate chips onto dough and firmly press in. Bake Crust for 14-16 min or till golden brown. Remove from oven and spread jam evenly over crust. Bake for an additional 5-8 min. Cool completely.

White Chocolate Topping-
Pour remainder of chocolate chip into sandwich bag , add oil and place in microwave for 20 second increments until chocolate is melted. Cut tiny how in corner of bag and use to spread chocolate over bars in any decorative pattern you choose.
