2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Crisco

1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour milk (1 TBSP vinegar with milk)

CREAM FILLING:
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
2 TBSP flour
2 TBSP milk
1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first group of ingredients together and set aside.

Cream second group of ingredients together and then add the third group of ingredients.

Mix water and sour milk alternately with dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 6-8 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream filling ingredients together.

Add second group of cream filling ingredients.

Beat at high speed for several minutes until light and fluffy.

Put cream filling in cookies.
