1 box frozen spinach
1 1/2 cans artichoke hearts
1 1/2 cups monteray jack cheese - shredded
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 - 8oz blocks of softened cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Pat spinach dry, mix with chopped hearts, add cream cheese - stir like crazy - add - remaining ingredients.

Spread in greased baking dish (8x8) top with additional cup of cheddar cheese.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes -
Put on broil for about 5 minutes to brown top - and remove from oven.

Serve with Connor's tortilla chips or wheat thins.
