1 2-5 lbs. pork butt or shoulder
1 chopped onion
1 T. salt
1 T. cumin seed
1 T. oregano

Taco fixings

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in crock pot and cover with water, add onion and spices, cook for 8 hours on low, remove from crock pot and salt and spice again. Roast in oven for 20 minutes or until brown, Make tacos with the little meats.
