12 slices quality bread, crusty kind
1 8 oz. pack cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread. Toss with cheese cubes and place in 13x9 pan. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, syrup and salt; mix well. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until a knife comes out clean. Drizzle top with a little maple syrup. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
