Whole Chicken
2 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped
2 T. black pepper
2 t. salt
1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry (with paper towels) chicken. Rub chicken with oil. Rub with spices. Squeeze lemon on top and put reminder inside chicken. Roast for 2 hours uncovered, at 325 degrees.
