1 1/2 pounds rhubarb cut into 1 inch pieces
2 eggs
1 3/4 c sugar
4 T flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c orange juice

Directions:

Mix all together and put into the crust, then add the top crust and Bake.

Genevieve Pontius was famous for her pies and this was one of the creations she made up. It makes this most amazing sauce like cover while it cooks and even those that do not like Rhubarb usually like this pie. She developed the recipe over years of practice but I added the amounts as she never bothered with those details. I omit the orange juice usually, but it is better with it. Sometimes I add lemon juice instead.
