3 C. Flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. Vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 cup coconut
1 C. nuts
3 Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, flavoring and sugar until smooth. Add other dry ingredients and mix well. Add the fruit and mix well (Crush banana before adding). Bake in greased and floured pans. Makes 2 to 3 loaves if you are using a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Cool an hour before removing from pans.

This is one of Aunt Isabelle Reece's favorite cakes. She made it for us when we visited every summer and Uncle Jimmy thought it was Nancy's favorite....and Nancy was his favorite child!
