2 c. Lentils
1 can Coconut Milk
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
Water to cover 1 inch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in med. size pot. Cover with one inch of water.
2. Bring to boil and simmer.
3. Cook until lentils are soft.
4. Serve with rice, flat bread and plain yogurt.
