8 Cortland apples (large)
1 cup oil
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
2 T. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
combine last four ingredients in bowl.peel apples, dip into oil and then coat with other mixture and place into pan.
bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour or until fork reaches till inside apple!!
