2 lbs. of ground meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can diced green chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 package taco seasoning mix, dry
2 packages of ranch dressing mix, dry
1 can ranch style beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can white hominy
1 can whole yellow corn
3 cans mild rotel tomatoes
2 cups water (may vary with individual preference)
Frito chips
sour cream
chopped cilantro

Brown meat, onions and chilies; drain meat if needed. In Dutch oven, add all other ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve with Frito chips topped with shredded cheddar cheese. I also use sour cream and fresh chopped cilantro on top.
