4 cups crushed blackberries (about 1 1/2 quarts whole berries)
2 Tblsp lemon juice
1 box powdered pectin
6 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash 6 half pint jars and keep hot until needed. Prepare lids per manufacturer directions.
In a large, non-aluminum pot, combine the crushed berries, lemon juice, and pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Quickly add sugar while still stirring. Return to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down, and stir constantly for one minute. Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Ladle into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch from the top rim. Wipe jar rims with damp cloth. Attach lids and close tightly. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
