1 lb penne pasta or medium shells
1 Tb olive oil
1 1/2 lbs of hot Italian sausage (remove from casings and crumble meat)
3/4 dry white wine
3/4 heavy cream (you can use less if you want)
3 Tb grainy mustard
1 Cup of thinly sliced basil
pinch of red pepper flakes

Cook Pasta
Heat oil in large deep skillet, add the sausage meat and brown. Add wine and simmer until reduced by half. Add cream, mustard and red pepper and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add pasta and basil and serve

Super easy and delicious pasta. If you add less cream, put in some chicken broth to help with the sauce.
