1 tri-tip roast Old Country Deli seasoning Salt (optional) Pepper (optional) Garlic powder (optional)
Put a tri-tip roast in a foil covered pan. Season with Old Country Deli seasoning or salt, pepper & garlic powder. Bake at 325º for 1 hour-1 hour and 15 minutes. This results in a medium rare to medium roast, depending on the size.
