1/4 olive oil
4 garlic cloves pressed
1 Tb SMOKED paprika
1 tp of cumin
1/2 tp of crushed red pepper
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
4 chicken breast halves with bones and skin
1 15 oz of garbanzo beans
1 12 oz of cherry tomatoes
1 cup Fresh cilantro, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450
Mix oil, garlic, paprika, cumin and red pepper. Pour 1 tp of spiced mixture into a small bowl, whisky in yogurt and set aside.
Place chicken on large baking sheet, rub 2 Tb of the spiced oil mixture over chicken, add beans, tomatoes and 1/2 cup of cilantro to the remaining spiced oil mixture, toss to coat.
Pour bean mixture around chicken and sprinkle with lots of salt and pepper.

Roast until chicken is cooked through (20 mins), Sprinkle the rest of the cilantro, and spoon bean mixture over the chicken breasts. Service with the yogurt sauce.

Make sure you get the garbanzo beans nice and crispy - you don't have to include the tomatoes as they don't add that much flavor.
