2 Tb butter
2 Tb olive oil
2 Large garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup parsley
1 Tb grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans in salted water until crisp and tender (4 mins). Drain and place beans into cold water.

Melt butter with oil in a pan over med/high heat. Add garlic, then add beans and saute until heated through. Stir in parsley and lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
