2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C shortening
3/4 C buttermilk
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk, mix it in and roll out ~1/4" thick.
Use biscuit punch to punch out biscuits and arrange them on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 425 for 12 minutes.
