1/2 cup soy sauce
2 packs equal or sweet n low
4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
dash garlic powder and dried basil to taste

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Marinade meat at least over night. Turning several times.

I got this recipe from my best bud Jeanne who had been a Weight Watcher lecturer for years. I use it always on London Broil. It is delicious, and every time I put it together, I think of her.
