Ingredients: 1 can (4oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1/3 cup milk 1/3 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 2 pkgs (9oz each) frozen green beans (thawed) 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/3 cup French fried onions

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 350º
In a large mixing bowl combine mushroom soup, milk, sour cream and pepper. Mix well. Stir in Swiss cheese and transfer to 1 1/2 qt casserole pan. Add green beans and French fried onions (leaving some French fried onions as a garnish) and stir well.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir, sprinkle with remaining French fried onions and bake 5 more minutes. |

Notes: I found this recipe in a magazine several years ago and since I was never crazy about the "original" recipe. I gave this one a try. To my surprise I loved it and have gotten only compliments ever since.
