2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 egg
1 cup of fresh cranberries, chopped
1 cup of chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir to mix well. Add orange juice, orange peel, margarine and egg to dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Stir in cranberries and chopped nuts. Turn into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan, which has been greased on the bottom only. Bake at 350 for 55 to 65 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
