Meatballs:
1 # ground beef
1/2 # ground turkey
1/2 # Italian sausage, mild
1 medium onion, chopped
1 C bread crumbs
1/4 C parsley, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten

Sauce:
1 C catsup
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp prepared mustard

Directions:

Meatballs:
Combine all meatball ingredients. From inton walnut-sized balls. Bake in a shallow baking dish @ 350 for 20 min or until browned. Drain off any fat. Place browned meatballs in sauce pan.

Sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook until meatballs are done (about 30 min).
