pumpkin seeds
6 T. butter
1/3 C worchestershire sauce
1/6 Cup Soy Sauce
4 T Brown Sugar (opt)
garlic salt
onion powder
seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash seeds to remove all membrane from the pumpkin, allow to dry. Melt butter, add all other things. Put seeds in a shallow baking sheet and pour sauce over them. Bake at 250 degrees for several hours, stir frequently. Cool in the oven and store in a tightly covered container.

A nice addition to the pumpkin carving expedition. Huge seeds are not as good as the smaller seeds. But all are OK.
