1 Chicken, 1 large onion, 1/4 c butter, 1 can tomatoes with green chilies, 1 can mushrooms (optional), 1 pkg. tortillas, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c broth, 1 pt. half & half, grated white cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and dice the chicken and save 1 c. broth. Saute onion in butter,. Combine chicken, onions, can of tomatoes with chilies, mushrooms & 1/2 c. grated cheese. In a sparate bowl, mix together soup, broth, half & half. Put about 2 T. of chicken filling in soft tortilla and roll up. Pour 1/2 the sauce in bottom of 9X13 pan and place tortillas in. Pour over remaining sauce and sprinkle with 1 -2 c. cheese. Cook 30 min. at 350 .
