1 bag (12 oz.) cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brandy
2 T. orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, brandy and orange zest in a 9x9 in. square baking pan. Stir in cranberries. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1 1/4 hour, stirring occasionally.
