1/3 cup margarine or butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 bananas, mashed
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add bananas. Mix, then add flour and mix. Add salt and baking soda. Mix by hand. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for about 40 minutes. Stick knife through middle, if comes clean then its done!

Add chocolate chips for an even more delicious snack! Pam's recipe came from the St. Peter's cookbook which I believe is for 2 small loaf pans. This recipe is a modified version for 1 lg. loaf pan.
