1 lb Shredded Cabbage
2 Bacon Rashers chopped
1 Medium onion
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and milled Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take a large frying pan and begin by frying Onions and Bacon together in Olive Oil for 5 Minutes
Stir in the shedded Cabbage, keep stirring so it cooks evenly add a small amount of Butter and Black Pepper.
Takes about 10 minutes for crispness but if you prefer cover and cook for a further 5 minutes for a softer taste.
