1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Stir flour and salt together and add to butter mixture. Mix in nuts. Chill dough about one hour.

Heat oven to 400. Scoop a teaspoon of dough to roll into a 1 inch ball. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set but not brown. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll in powdered sugar again.
